Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory as requested and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and sales techniques. Gain product knowledge through certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
