Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality work. Service instruments with high craftsmanship, complete warranty repairs, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. Take initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues without being asked.
