Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and handle service issues as they arise. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
