Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on sales opportunities through product knowledge. Complete additional duties as assigned, including training learners and following through on identified issues without being requested.
