Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge preferred. Base pay includes commissions.
