Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with genuine knowledge and approachability. Build business through quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products preferred. You will work through the GC certification program to gain an understanding of sales techniques and may be asked to train learners.
