Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues as they arise. This role is part of a team dedicated to nurturing lifelong musicians and enabling everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
