Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Requirements include a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with foundational product knowledge preferred. This role is part of Guitar Center's mission to develop lifelong musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
