Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve operational issues through initiative. Train learners on product knowledge and techniques while following through on assigned duties. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
