Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities.
