Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership while following through on work activities without being requested.
