Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and sell items while training learners on techniques. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities.
