Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, handling service issues with approachability and genuine knowledge. Identify opportunities to capitalize on sales and resolve issues through initiative. Gain product and sales understanding via GC certification and train learners effectively. Skilled guitar repair experience required with foundational product knowledge preferred.
