Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to build business through quality craftsmanship and customer experience. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through GC certification to support sales and training initiatives. This role requires a skilled understanding of guitar repair and foundational product knowledge.
