Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Handle customer service issues and identify opportunities to resolve problems or capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and train learners on techniques and store operations.
