Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while assisting with store inventory maintenance. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and capitalize on sales opportunities through product knowledge. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars, with preferences for foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products. Base pay plus commissions are offered alongside gig leave for musicians, robust benefits including medical and 401K, and tuition reimbursement.
