Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality craftsmanship and sales techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
