Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain product and sales techniques, and may be assigned to train learners. Base pay plus commissions are offered, with gig leave available for musicians.
