Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues while ensuring a positive experience. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities through initiative and sales techniques. Gain certification in products and sales, and effectively train learners on repair and product knowledge.
