Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Work through the GC certification program to gain product knowledge and sales techniques, while effectively training learners on repair methods and store operations.
