Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and sales techniques. Additional duties as assigned.
