Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive interactions. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales and leadership. Interact with customers to support the mission of enabling musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
