Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, addressing service issues and handling inquiries with genuine knowledge. Perform additional duties as assigned, including following through on opportunities to resolve problems and capitalize on sales potential. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music through exceptional craftsmanship and customer focus.
