Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the upkeep of store inventory. Execute warranty repairs and maintain store-owned gear as requested, ensuring a high level of craftsmanship throughout all tasks. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences, handling service inquiries and resolving issues with approachability and genuine knowledge. Complete additional duties as assigned, including following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities and develop skills in product, operations, and sales.
