Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and handling service issues. Build business through quality craftsmanship and great customer service. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. Schedule includes base pay plus commissions.
