Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in store inventory upkeep. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers directly to support their needs. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership.
