Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Maintain specific store inventory and perform additional duties as assigned. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership through GC certification and training. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required.
