Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and assist in sales while training learners on techniques. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture musicians and enable everyone to experience the joy of creating music.
