Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while ensuring a positive customer experience through direct interaction and problem resolution. Handle customer service issues as they arise and follow through on identified opportunities to resolve operational gaps. Additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music.
