Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers while utilizing initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues independently. Gain product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques and store operations.
