Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with high craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure positive experiences. Interact with customers to build relationships and capitalize on opportunities through initiative and product knowledge. Complete additional duties as assigned while supporting store operations and sales efforts.
