Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues. Gain base understanding of products and sales techniques through GC certification. This role is part of Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
