Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service gear with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned equipment as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales and leadership. Interact with customers while identifying opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on business growth.
