Provide maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory to build business through quality craftsmanship. Service instruments with high-level attention to detail, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences while handling service issues and following through on identified opportunities. Gain product knowledge through certification and train learners on techniques.
