Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, including completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory while building business through great customer service and quality work. Complete the GC certification program to gain product and sales knowledge. Handle customer service issues as they arise and train learners on techniques and product information.
