Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service guitar gear with high-level craftsmanship, and maintain store-owned inventory. Complete warranty repair work and handle customer service issues while interacting with clients to ensure positive experiences. Assist in maintenance of specific store inventory as requested and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work and customer engagement. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and apply sales techniques to support store goals.
