Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory while building business through great customer experience and quality craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure positive experiences and handle customer service issues as needed. This role requires a skilled understanding of repairing guitars and foundational product knowledge. You will work through the GC certification program to gain understanding of sales techniques and may be asked to effectively train learners.
