Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. Work in a creative environment that encourages individual sound and supports lifelong musicians, with opportunities for gig leave and tuition reimbursement.
