Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship. Assist in maintaining specific store inventory to build business through quality work and customer service. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program to support sales and leadership initiatives. Train learners on techniques and product information to ensure retention and skill development.
