Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Gain product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program and train learners on techniques. Skilled understanding of repairing guitars is required, with foundational product knowledge preferred.
