Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store inventory and completing warranty repairs. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and interact with customers to ensure positive experiences. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as needed. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians to experience the joy of creating music.
