Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while assisting in the maintenance of specific store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly and take initiative to identify opportunities or issues without being requested. Gain product and sales knowledge through the GC certification program and effectively train learners on techniques.
