Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while completing warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues and capitalize on opportunities to increase business through quality work. Gain product knowledge through GC certification and develop skills in sales, store operations, and leadership.
