Guitar Technician - Base Pay + Commissions

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining store inventory. Service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship, complete warranty repair work, and maintain store-owned gear as requested. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues. Handle additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to enable musicians and non-musicians to experience the joy of creating music through quality service and craftsmanship.
