Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues to ensure a positive experience. Interact with customers directly while following through on identified opportunities to resolve issues or capitalize on sales. Gain product knowledge through the GC certification program and develop skills in store operations and leadership.
