Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments while maintaining store-owned gear and completing warranty work. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience, identifying opportunities to resolve issues and capitalize on sales potential. Assist in managing inventory and fulfill additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music through quality craftsmanship and exceptional service.
