Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store-owned gear as requested, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and resolving identified opportunities. Maintain store inventory and execute additional duties as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling customers to experience the joy of creating music through quality instrument care.
