Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and assist in maintaining specific store inventory. Complete warranty repair work and service instruments with a high level of craftsmanship while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience. Maintain store-owned gear as requested and handle customer service issues as assigned. This role supports Guitar Center's mission to nurture lifelong musicians by enabling them to experience the joy of creating music. Successful candidates will connect with customers meaningfully, identify opportunities to resolve issues, and potentially work through the GC certification program to gain product knowledge.
