Guitar Repair Tech - Guitar Center

Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments, service store inventory, and complete warranty repair work with a high level of craftsmanship. Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience while handling service issues and maintaining store-owned gear as requested. Additional duties as assigned include following through on work activities to capitalize on opportunities and developing knowledge in product, store operations, and sales.
