Perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and maintain store inventory gear. Complete warranty repair work and interact with customers to ensure a positive experience. Handle customer service issues as needed while following through on identified opportunities to resolve tasks without being requested. Develop knowledge in product, store operations, sales, and leadership through the GC certification program. Train learners on techniques and communicate information effectively.
